Shipping policy

We ship all our orders out on Wednesday via Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 days but keep an eye on the tracking information. Orders must be placed by Sunday, or they will  be shipped out the following Wednesday. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Our baked goods are made fresh and are perishable. Please ensure you are available to receive and store your order promptly upon delivery to maintain quality.  We cannot offer refunds on items that have been left outside after delivery.

Please remember that there is a no return/refund policy on shipped treats!  We will bake your items fresh and ship them out to you.  Once they leave our shop we are not responsible for any shipping issues or delays with the carrier. You are receiving perishable items. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and reach out to the USPS if there is a problem with the shipment. 

We want you to be happy with your experience with All Roads, but giving refunds in cases that are beyond our control is not something we can offer. Thank you for supporting our small business and for your understanding.
