Refund policy

We try to do our best to accommodate all reasonable situations.  If you have any questions or comments, please send us an email at allroadsvegan@gmail.com.  

If you are unhappy with your baked goods, please let us know about the problem within 24 hours and then return the uneaten portion to our store. Our refunds and/or store credit are on a case-by-case basis, but we do love happy customers!  Everyone makes mistakes so if something has gone wrong, please let us know so we can make it right. 

For Shipped Orders we have a no refund or return policy!  We guarantee your treats will be baked fresh and shipped right to your door. Please enter in the correct shipping address and keep an eye on the tracking information.  We are not responsible for any shipping delays on behalf of the shipper.
